Als ‘Consolidatie en Reporting Manager’ sta je in voor de consolidatie, opmaak van reporting BE GAAP en IFRS

Je maakt deel uit van het Accounting, Tax and Reporting team van Elia en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Accounting and Finance Manager. Door het tonen van enthousiasme, het nemen van initiatief en het realiseren van objectieven vervul je een belangrijke rol binnen een dynamisch en gemotiveerd team Accounting & Finance.

**De functie omvat**:
Toezicht op de maandelijkse afsluitingsactiviteiten (General Ledger) voor de Belgische centraal beheerde ondernemingen (interne klanten) in samenwerking met de Accounting en de Tax Manager

Opmaak van de maandelijkse reporting volgens BE GAAP voor interne & regulatoire doeleinden

Coördinatie van de maandelijkse consolidatiewerkzaamheden BE GAAP en IFRS

Opstellen van maandelijkse/periodieke reporting IFRS

**Follow-up van de ondernemingen van de groep**: kritische beoordeling van de reporting package, complexe boekhoudkundige zaken, business review

Opvolging van de belangrijkste fiscale kwesties, met inbegrip van de correcte berekening van uitgestelde belastingen

Opmaak, coördinatie van de IFRS semestriële/jaar - verslagen voor diverse consolidatie scopes

Assistentie bij vereiste periodieke analyses, zoals impairment tests of pensioenboekhouding

Center of Excellence voor boekhoudkundige vragen onder BE GAAP & IFRS

Bewaken over de correcte toepassing van de fiscale en boekhoudkundige aspecten en verzorgt de communicatie met interne klanten inzake IFRS, deferred tax gerelateerde vragen

Opmaak en/of nazicht van de rapportering naar diverse externe organen zoals NBB, ESEF

Contact onderhouden met externe auditors en externe organismes in het kader van de activiteiten hierboven vermeld

Je verleent bijstand en ondersteuning bij projecten waar de dienst boekhouding bij betrokken is zowel binnen Elia België als Elia group

Je definieert interne procedures, identificeert opportuniteiten om de taken binnen het team verder te digitaliseren/optimaliseren en zorgt voor de implementatie ervan en dit in een continue veranderende omgeving inzake behoeftes, regelgeving, digitalisering

Jouw profiel

Je beschikt over een masterdiploma richting economie en/of hebt een relevante ervaring van minstens 5 jaar in het financieel domein (accountancy BE GAAP, IFRS reporting, financiële audit)

Je beschikt over een grondige kennis van SAP FI/CO, consolidatie tool zoals SAP BPC en Excel, vertoont interesse in digitale tools / hun evolutie / data analyse

Je beschikt over een goede kennis van boekhouding, fiscaliteit, consolidatie en IFRS

Je bent in staat zelfstandig en proactief je taken op te nemen en je prioriteiten vast te leggen

Je hebt een scherpe analytische geest en bent in staat om problemen op te lossen

Je werkt op een accurate en methodische wijze

Je beschikt over goede communicatievaardigheden

Je bent klantgericht, dynamisch en resultaatgericht

Team player, maak je deel uit van een goed presterend team

Je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans, het Nederlands en het Engels
