**Function**:
Within the reporting team we are looking for an Office Supply Controller.
Will you be the indispensable administrative jack-of-all-trades in our team?
On the one hand, you will support the team with **order management (80%)**.
- You follow up orders and are responsible for the logging of orders.
- You know what is in stock and work proactively to prevent stock shortages.
- You tick off delivery notes and confirm orders.
- You do not negotiate purchases with third parties but perform administrative support.

On the other hand, you support the team **administratively (20%)**.
- You check the in/out ticks of the tick clock. These come together in a software system where you easily find deviations and solve anomalies.
- You follow up the personnel planning.
- You enter and follow up on leave requests. The smile on employees' faces when their leave is approved is what you do it for.

**Profile**:
Performing administrative work is a source of motivation for you. The idea of becoming the point of contact regarding orders for the Grobbendonk site makes you enthusiastic.
Your analytical skills allow you to solve practical problems and you always find the best solution. You work independently, but do not hesitate to call on the help of colleagues, or to lend a hand to your team members.
Specifically, you possess:

- Knowledge of both Dutch and English.
- You are familiar with the MS Office package (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- You have at least a secondary degree (office, trade,...)
- Experience in logistics is not required but a nice bonus

**Proposal**:

- A close team - You will join a cozy and hardworking team that is in full development. The team consists of 4 team members. You will report to the Customer Service Supervisor.

- Good remuneration - Salary is in accordance with the employment conditions regulations of Bleckmann Belgium NV. On top of your salary you will receive meal vouchers of 8 euro per day worked.
