Als Tax-afdeling willen we bijdragen aan het succes van de "Meaning & Inspiring for Belgian society"-strategie van de groep Belfius.

Als lid van het Corporate Office van de Tax-afdeling van Belfius ondersteun je de Head of Tax bij het vervullen van de belangrijkste taken van de afdeling. Je gaat een essentiële rol spelen in de goede werking van de afdeling Tax door de communicatie te bevorderen, toezicht te houden op strategische projecten en de realisatie van de belangrijkste doelstellingen van de afdeling aan te sturen.

In dat verband ga je met name:

- Optreden als een belangrijke business partner door pragmatische oplossingen te bieden die rekening houden met de uitdagingen van de business.
- Bijdragen tot het beheer van de fiscale risico's door ervoor te zorgen dat de principes en de "risicobereidheid" die vermeld staan in de Tax Policy worden geïmplementeerd in de diverse afdelingen van de bank.
- Grondige, relevante kennis ontwikkelen van de processen en de organisatie van de bank en zorgen voor een doeltreffende samenwerking met tal van stakeholders.
- Doeltreffend communiceren, met zowel impact als zichtbaarheid.
- Een gerichte, positieve, digitale en oplossingsgerichte teamgeest cultiveren.

**De job in een notendop**

Je belangrijkste opdrachten zijn:

- Het opzetten van een Tax Control Framework in nauwe samenwerking met het team dat verantwoordelijk is voor de tweede verdedigingslinie op het vlak van fiscale risico's.
- Het organiseren en beheren van de actualisering van de documentatie van de afdeling (SLA's, procedures, process notes, Tax policy enz.).
- Zorgen voor de fiscale monitoring en de structurering van de fiscale reporting: fungeren als SPOC voor de monitoring van de fiscale regelgeving, de implementatie van de fiscale regelgeving en opvolgen en de fiscale reporting voorbereiden voor het management met de steun van de experts van de afdeling Tax.
- Het organiseren van een gecentraliseerd en gestructureerd beheer van de NPAP's (New Product Approval Process) waarvoor een analyse van fiscale impact vereist is.
- Het beheren en implementeren van transversale projecten en projecten inzake operationele efficiëntie en het aansturen van het implementatieproces (het opstellen van een lijst van acties en een stappenplan, het coördineren van de rollen en verantwoordelijkheden van de stake holders enz.).
- De rol van adviseur: optreden als adviseur voor de Head of Tax, door advies te geven en aanbevelingen te doen ter ondersteuning van de besluitvorming.

**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan indien je voldoet aan de volgende voorwaarden:

- Een master economische wetenschappen of rechten (een specialisatie in fiscaal recht is een pluspunt, maar geen must).
- 5 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring, bij voorkeur met ervaring in projectmanagement.
- Een goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk).
- Een uitstekend communicator die in staat is om treffend en beknopt te spreken.
- Het vermogen om transversale projecten op een doeltreffende wijze te organiseren en te beheren.
- Een kritisch en analytisch denkvermogen, met een oplossingsgerichte aanpak en een algemeen inzicht in de activiteiten van Belfius en zijn omgeving.
- Zowel autonoom als in teamverband kunnen werken.
- Leergierig zijn en graag relevante kennis delen.
- Een teamplayer met een positieve en digitale instelling.
