For our Permits division at our headquarters in Brussels (near the train station and subway, see the map here) we’re looking for a **Permits Administrator** (M/F/x).

**responsibilities***:

- You work closely with the internal customers
- You prepare the necessary notes

- You have at least 3 years' experience with permit files in an industrial environment
- You have strong analytical skills and a critical mindset
- You have good editorial skills and a sense for constructive consultation
- You are proactive, autonomous, diplomatic and solution-oriented
- You are a team player and work transversally, with strong organisational skills and resistance to stress
- You are Dutch
- or French-speaking and have a fluent knowledge of the other national language
