**Job purpose**:
Anthogyr focuses on implantology and is part of Straumann Group. Straumann Group is a global leader in implantology and aesthetic dentistry with a broad portfolio consisting of implant systems, dental products, capital equipment, equipment such as intraoral scanners, milling machines and orthodontic solutions. Anthogyr’s ambition is to increase its market share in the Belux and grow to one of the larger players in the market. At Straumann Group, we know that the key to success is a high-performing sales team. The Account Manager is responsible for achieving maximum sales growth and account penetration within the region Luxembourg/Namur/Liège.

As an Account Manager, you will promote and sell Anthogyr implant system and Straumann Group's capital equipment products to potential and existing customers. In addition, you will work to build long-term customer relationships. This position reports to the National Sales Manager Anthogyr.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Managing accounts in your region. You are the point of contact for commercial activities and ensure continuity within the existing customer portfolio.
- Expanding the implantology network in your region.
- Increasing the customer base quickly and effectively by proactively looking for new business opportunities in the market. Organizing events and peer-to-peer interaction will help you generate new leads...,
- Actively connect with key decision makers of potential customers, prospect accounts and existing customers with growth opportunities
- Identifying customer needs, business challenges and ambitions and responding with an appropriate implant solution
- Addressing objections and effectively communicating our implant value propositions and product offerings
- Prepare quotations that align with the customer and successfully close the sales process.
- Managing and maintaining a sales pipeline.
- Attend and organize educational events and trainings in your region.

**Required abilities, skills and qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an account or sales manager
- Experience in the dental or medical devices industry is a strong advantage.
- Experience introducing a new brand or product introductions in the BeLux market with associated challenges is a plus
- Sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets with a proven ability to close sales deals.
- Strong degree of self-activating ability, seeing opportunities in the market and being able to follow up on them. Of course with full support from your colleagues and the marketing department.
- Supervising the sales process from A to Z.
- Team player and a strong desire to learn and succeed
