**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a Sales and Financial Administrative assistant to join our team in Brussels.

As a S&F Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive financial administrative support to our support to our Key Account Managers and Sales Controller within our Sales team.

**A day in the life of a S&F Administrative Assistant**:

- Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers to input negotiated conditions into SAP, while also making recommendations to simplify or streamline the process.
- Calculate monthly, quarterly, semester, and yearly credit note rebates using Excel and reports/dashboards, ensuring accurate allocation to different brands and Key Account Managers.
- Work closely with sales controllers to process rebate settlements and ensure correct final rebate settlement, addressing any issues with large amounts or unusual numbers.
- Process invoices received from customers, conducting necessary analyses and providing instructions for payment or further investigation within agreed timelines.
- Handle customer claims in a similar manner, communicating instructions for resolution and classification within agreed timelines.
- Identify root causes of claims and implement processes to prevent future occurrences.
- Collect, create, and send promotional proposals to customers based on information provided by Key Account Managers.
- Create sales proposals for the field sales team within assigned categories.

- Strong communication skills, able to effectively interact with customers and Key Account Managers.
- Collaborative team player, able to navigate conflicting interests and prioritize long-term collaboration.
- 2-3 years of experience in business operations, comfortable working with numbers and managing large volumes of files and contacts.
- Demonstrated success in challenging the status quo and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Management.
- Fluent in French, Dutch, and English, with strong language skills required for customer interactions in the Belgian market.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and other CRM or Microsoft Office tools.
