**Functie**:
Als **Junior Fleet & Materials Officer** heb jij volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

- ** Beheren** van het complete **wagenpark** en **materiaal**
- ** Opvolgen** van **bestellingen** en **leveringen** van **bedrijfswagens**, **brandstofkaarten** en **materialen;**:

- Eerste **aanspreekpunt** voor vragen over Fleet & Materials;
- ** Ondersteunen** van collega's bij **schade** en **pechverhelping**;
- ** Afhandelen** van zaken met **verzekeraar** en **leasingmaatschappij;**:

- ** Klaarmaken** en uitrusten van **wagens** en **werkkoffers** voor techniekers;
- Praktische en **administratieve** **zaken** regelen voor nieuwe medewerkers;
- ** Rapporteren** aan de **Operations Manager.**

**Profiel en vaardigheden**:
Als **Junior Fleet & Materials Officer **heb/ben jij:

- Ambitieus, gedreven, betrokken en klantgericht;
- Bij voorkeur een **bacheloropleiding** met **technische** affiniteit;
- Sterke **administratieve** vaardigheden;
- Duidelijke communicatie in het **Nederlands** en **Frans.**
