**Technical Account Manager**:

As a Technical Account Manager, you play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty for your assigned accounts. You ensure that customers receive exceptional service that exceeds their expectations.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Assisting with customer technical requests and interacting with colleagues to resolve any technical issues.
- Building strong relationships with customers at technical, maintenance and operational levels.
- Being familiar with assigned accounts, proactively supports customers by anticipating their needs.
- Acting as an intermediary between the customer and various ABB departments in providing support and fulfilling con-tract obligations.
- Coordinating resources within ABB and breaking down any barriers that impede progress.
- Building strong relationships within cross-functional teams.
- Working with Account Managers (sales) to provide timely offers that meet customer needs and proactively identify opportunities for contract growth by leveraging the full ABB service portfolio.
- Identifying service and system sales opportunities to increase ABB's value to customers and growig service contracts with assigned customers.
- Ensuring that installations covered by service contracts receive evolution plans and life cycle reports, supported by tech-nology segment experts.
- Managing service contracts, on-time delivery and customer requirements, as well as financial KPIs, and tracks perfor-mance and communicates progress to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Being responsible for 100% renewal of service contracts at their assigned accounts.
- Being responsible for measuring, reporting and presenting the value of services provided to the client's most important stakeholders, from maintenance managers to plant managers.

**Your background**:

- Demonstrated experience in DCS project engineering, with a good knowledge of DCS products and technologies, prefer-rable including on ABB 800xA.
- A high level of self-motivation, curiosity, and desire to learn about new technologies.
- High ability to identify customer needs and turn into sales opportunities.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Sound knowledge engineering techniques, processes and tools, including project basis in project management.
- A bachelor’s degree in electrical / mechanical engineering or similar field.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, French is an asset.
