**Job Description**:
For our professional division, we are looking for a Key Account Manager who will be developing and driving the sales of our B2B channel (manufacturers of interior & exterior solar shading) by implementing the channel strategy. Working with multiple sized businesses you will be responsible for targeting, securing/converting, and maintaining our key accounts to a target. In this position you will report into the Sales Manager - Retail & Key Accounts.

For this position, we are looking for a strong commercial sales representative with proven success in establishing trusted relationships with key accounts and driving the business.

The main tasks and responsibilities of this role are:

- Achieves the sales budget through account management and seizing business opportunities;
- Manages (sales & relationship management) key accounts. Draws up key account plans to develop the key account and strengthen the commercial relationship;
- Acquires new strategic customers within existing and/or new market segments, with a proactive policy towards prospects;
- Provides market input regarding strategic processes (sales budgeting, strategic files, market trends);
- Represents the organisation externally at events and/or in partnerships;

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing or equivalent experience;
- >5 years’ work experience as key account manager;
- Proven success in managing strategic (key) customers and developing a strategic vision together;
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability of identifying (new) business opportunities;
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders (at board level) - influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building;
- Experience with working in an international organisation in a technically oriented industry;
- Familiar with CRM systems (e.g. SalesForce);
- Strong language proficiency skills in Dutch & French. English language skills are a plus
