As Wholesale Planner, you will guide all planning activities for a selection of our accounts in North Europe. You will develop a demand plan and leverage your strong analytical skills to inform the buys for the digital accounts. You will act as an important partner in shaping financial target discussions and product assortments. You will be a trusted advisor to the cross-functional team (Merch and Sales) to support our strategy and vision. You will work with sales, allocation, and inventory management to translate strategic direction and line productivity expectations to customers. You will report to the Wholesale Merchandise Planning Manager.

- OFR (Order Fulfill Rate)
- Business Performance

ABOUT THE JOB
- You'll work with Merchants to develop regional category productivity targets (assortment architecture)
- You'll work with Merchants and Sales to validate top-down targets
- You'll develop bottom-up sales and inventory PC9 plan for a selection of wholesale accounts.
- You'll manage reconciliation between bottom-up plans and targets
- You'll work with inventory management to ensure in-season allocation and replenishment
- You'll partner with Merchants to manage product lifecycle.
- You'll conduct quantitative insights to improve line profitability, monetize new opportunities and identify risks
- You'll give feedback on the development of wholesale planning reporting and analytics activities to ensure account productivity and inventory investment.
- You'll provide recommendations on stock management to maximize sales, margins and minimize excess stock

ABOUT YOU
- You have a Bachelor's degree (or 8+ years of combined college education and work experience may be substituted for a degree).
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a planning function, preferably in apparel. Experience in a digital department or innovative company is an asset.
- You can demonstrate forecasting/planning expertise and experience in the apparel industry.
- You have experience understanding retail planning and executing exceptional quantitative skills You're organized, self-starter person, and comply with the deadlines.
- You enjoy work in different projects and tasks at the same time, with the ability to work with multi-functional partners.
- You have demonstrated innovative problem solving and partnering skills.
- You have exceptional analytical, communication, and influencing skills
- You have interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact across the organisation
