Wij verzorgen IT-projecten bij diverse top 100-klanten over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel in volgende IT-domeinen: Application Development, Infrastructure Services & Software Testing. Om ons team verder te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **Enterprise Architect** (m/v/x) om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in **Brussel**.

Functie
- Je denkt mee met de belanghebbenden over hoe nieuwe technologieën een zakelijke kans of een bedreiging kunnen zijn, en vertaalt dit in een realistische routekaart van zakelijke mogelijkheden.
- Op basis van jouw kennis en strategische visie definieer je de enterprise-architectuur voor de hele organisatie in al zijn aspecten (Bedrijfsprocessen, Informatie, Applicaties en Technologie).
- Door effectieve communicatie zorg je voor een gemeenschappelijk begrip en betrokkenheid tussen belanghebbenden.
- Je doet voorstellen voor het transformatieproces, met verschillende aspecten in balans: technologie, zakelijke impact, methodologie, planning en kosten-batenanalyse.
- Je neemt initiatief om relevante trends te volgen, deel te nemen aan architecturale gemeenschappen en je kennis over deze onderwerpen te versterken:

- mobiele en frontend-platforms
- AI, big data, analytics en klantinzichten
- open banking en API-beheer
- cloud computing
- applicatie-integratie

Functie-eisen
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring als enterprise architect, bedrijfsarchitect of gelijkwaardig
- Je kunt snel complexe nieuwe onderwerpen leren
- Je hebt ervaring met Stakeholder management
- Je hebt sterk conceptueel denkvermogen en probleemoplossende vaardigheden
- In elke context begrijp je snel de belangrijke en minder belangrijke zaken
- Je bent uitstekend in samenwerken, het leiden van discussies en onderhandelen. Je kunt anderen coachen
- Je kunt duidelijk en overtuigend communiceren in het Engels
