Als Junior Project Manager ontwikkel, creëer, organiseer en beheer je events voornamelijk in het domein van fysieke distributie Private, Business & Retail Banking (PBR), in lijn met de merkpositionering, met het oog op de versterking van de klantenervaring. Je analyseert de kwaliteit, haalbaarheid en toegevoegde waarde van het event, rekening houdend met het doelpubliek. Je coördineert en beheert het event van A tot Z. Je evenementen vinden hoofdzakelijk plaats in Brussel en Wallonië.
Je werkt in nauw overleg met de markten en entiteiten een kalender van events uit op maat van hun behoeften. Je ondersteunt de markten en entiteiten in het kader van commerciële acties.
Je werkt samen met de andere projectmanagers, onder toezicht van de manager, aan een proactieve aanpak met als doel de strategische objectieven het evenement te overtreffen.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol afronden van de projecten die je worden toevertrouwd:

- bepalen van het programma voor de klant en de haalbaarheid ervan (beschikbare data, externe leveranciers, interne leveranciers)
- budgetten opstellen, agenda’s beheren
- indien nodig onderhandelen met de klant en de leveranciers en daarbij de belangen van Belfius zo goed mogelijk behartigen
- de overdracht van het dossier naar de operationele teams voorbereiden
- eventueel aanwezig zijn bij gedefinieerde evenementen om de klant en de operationele teams te ondersteunen bij de succesvolle afronding van het project
- je staat in voor de administratieve opvolging van de dossiers die je worden toevertrouwd (facturatie, opmaken bestelbons)
- je onderhoudt een transparante communicatie en dialoog met je direct leidinggevende en de verschillende afdelingen en communiceert efficiënt intern en extern over projecten.

Je werkt nauw samen met:

- verschillende afdelingsmanagers om te voldoen aan de strategische verwachtingen
- leveranciers, om de beste opties te kunnen voorstellen in functie van het vooropgestelde budget
- de operationele teams, om de informatie door te geven die nodig is voor de vlekkeloze voorbereiding en een vlot verloop van het evenement (bestellen van materiaal, bemanning event, verkenning locatie, technische installatie, )

Meer specifiek, je:

- hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in de evenementensector
- bent georganiseerd, nauwgezet en precies
- hebt een protocollaire kennis
- bent sociaal en beschikt over uitstekende interne en externe communicatievaardigheden
- hebt goede projectmanagementvaardigheden
- bent zelfstandig, autonoom, stressbestendig en behoud je zelfcontrole in drukke periodes
- hebt een ondernemenrsgeest
- hebt vaardigheden en beheersing van de Office-suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel,)
- houdt van project -en klantopvolging
- bent tweetalig NL/FR
- bent een teamspeler
