..**Wat doe je?**:
**Operationeel Projectmanagement**
- Als Project Manager fungeer je als een cruciale ondersteuning voor onze Sales-organisatie gedurende het gehele verkooptraject.Na de overdracht van Sales naar Operations, beheer, waarborg en documenteer je dit proces met behulp van bijvoorbeeld een Project Succes Formulier en een Projectplan. Jij en jouw PMO-team zorgen voor een succesvolle implementatie en een vlotte lancering van projecten.
- Als Project Manager bewaak je de planning, budget en deadlines voor GO LIVE van de operationele projecten.
- Je hebt een talent voor het helder definiëren van verwachtingen en weet deze effectief te communiceren naar alle belanghebbenden. Bovendien draag je zorg voor de benodigde documentatie en beschrijvingen van de geleverde dienstverlening bij de afronding van implementaties.
- Als Project Manager ondersteun je de operationeel management bij het beheren van wijzigingen en randvoorwaarden, zowel binnen als buiten de scope van de dienstverlening die door Operations wordt beheerd.
- Je werkt nauw samen met ondersteunende afdelingen, waarbij je proactief bijdraagt aan oplossingen en verbeteringsvoorstellen en zo actief contribueert aan de klanttevredenheid (C-Sat).
**Programma Projectmanagement**
- Een projectmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plannen, coördineren en succesvol uitvoeren van projecten binnen de organisatie, hiervoor ontwikkel je gedetailleerde projectplannen, inclusief doelstellingen, scope, budget en tijdslijnen.
- Je draagt medeverantwoordelijkheid voor de ontwikkeling en verbetering van de ISO 18925-methodologie, processen, sjablonen, standaarden en best practices.
- Begeleiden en uitwerken van acties voor continue verbetering en innovatie vallen onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid.
- Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het beheer van een centrale documentendatabase voor projecten.
- Je bent proactief in het tijdig signaleren en aanpakken van verantwoordelijkheden.
**Waarin zal je uitblinken?**:
Je beschikt over een bachelorsdiploma of hebt mínimaal 3 jaar uitgebreide ervaring in projectmanagement.
Een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands is een must. Goed kennis van het Engels is ook een vereiste. Heb je daarnaast ook nog een goede kennis van het Frans, dan is dit een grote plus.
Ervaring in projectimplementatie in zowel in
- als outbound contactcenters is een aanzienlijke troef.
Het bezit van een Prince2-certificering wordt gewaardeerd.
Je bent sterk analytisch en kunt goed omgaan met stressvolle situaties.
Je hebt de vaardigheid om gemakkelijk contact te maken en te onderhouden met anderen om professionele doelen te bereiken.
Je kunt informatie efficiënt verzamelen, opslaan en beheren om gegevens optimaal beschikbaar en bruikbaar te maken.
Uitgebreide vaardigheden op het gebied van planning, projectmanagement en organisatie.
Ervaring in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
Je bent in staat tijd effectief en productief te beheren, om acties te ondernemen en middelen te beheren om gestelde doelen te bereiken.
