**Project Manager** bereid om zich in
**Benelux** te verplaatsen.
**Jouw nieuwe functie**

Als
**Project Manager** ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van diverse projecten van
**A tot Z** in de gehele
**Benelux**. Jouw kernverantwoordelijkheden in overeenstemming met:
- Luisteren en adviseren van klanten om hun projecten voor te stellen, specificaties op te stellen en een offerte op maat voor te stellen.
- Toezicht houden op de projecten waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent, wat met name inhoudt dat je deelneemt aan vergaderingen, de voortgang van de verschillende fasen bewaakt, beslissingen voorbereidt, enz.
- Zorg dragen voor de rol van contactpersoon ten aanzien van je klanten bij een klacht, je hebt oplossingen gevonden en toont creativiteit
- Redactie van de nodige administratieve documenten
**Jouw profiel**
***
- Je hebt een bachelordiploma in een technische richting je hebt een equivalent door ervaring.
- Je hebt ervaring als **Project Manager**. Ervaring hebben in het **bouwsector** in een plus.
- Je spreekt vloeiend **Nederlands, Frans**. Het kennis van Engels en Duits is een plus.
- Je bent in het bezit van een **rijbewijs B** en bereid om in het Benelux te verplaatsen.
- Je beschikt over goede kennis van wet
- en regelgeving en bent administratieve sterk
- Je bent communicatieve, commercieel en klantgericht, stressbestendig maar ook oplossingsgericht.
