**Functie**:
Voor een klant te Diegem, zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een **Project Manager **(m/v) om het team te versterken die:
- Het project management team aanstuurt, processen, tools en procedures op elkaar afstemt om de projecten op een uniforme manier uit te voeren binnen afgesproken budgetten, middelen en planningen.
- De implementatie van de methodologie beheert.
- Monitoren en controleren van projectprestaties, voortgang en financiële transparantie
- Geconsolideerde rapportage aan het hoger management
- Beheer van klantinterfaces en algemeen klantenbeheer
- Algehele leiding en sturing voor het projectmanagementteam
- Toezicht op het leren en opleiden van projectmanagers
- Implementatie van project management operationele processen, beleid en procedure handleidingen, ervoor zorgen dat ze worden bijgewerkt als het business model rijpt en evolueert.
- Helpen bij het vastleggen van de prestaties van de divisie bij het beheer van projecten
- Zorg voor de kwaliteit van de oplevering van projecten volgens de eisen en verwachtingen van de klant.
- Opstellen en bewaken van financiële KPI's voor de projecten
- Voorbereiden van budgetten/voorspellingen/financiële rapporten en variantie voor eventuele afwijkingen in prestaties.
- Ervoor zorgen dat oplossingen op tijd, onder budget en volgens specificatie worden geleverd.
**Profiel**:
- Bachelor
- of Master diploma
- Certificering in projectmanagementmethodologie (PMI, Prince, anderen..)
- Postdoctoraal diploma, d.w.z. MBA in Projectmanagement of/en Internationaal Bedrijfsmanagement
- Projectmanagement ervaring van ten minste 10 jaar.
- Goed begrip van de transit industrie, en Automated Fare Collection systemen, Intelligent Transportation Systems is een pluspunt
- Aantoonbare ervaring in het beheren van het ontwerp en de implementatie van complexe AFC systemen
- Aantoonbare ervaring in werkrelaties in het internationale bedrijfsleven met klanten van verschillende culturele denkrichting.
- Vooruitziend, detail georiënteerd en pro-actief met bewezen mondelinge / schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden
- Sterke bekwaamheid met MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project, SharePoint en OneDrive)
- Zeer goede kennis **Nederlands** en **Engels**
