For our growing production site located in Brussels (Neder-Over-Heembeek) specializing in sterile technologies, we are currently looking for a **QA Trainer & Doc Expert.**

**The Role**

The QA Trainer & Doc Expert reports to QA System & Compliance Supervisor and is responsible for:

- The development, implementation and follow-up of the Training Site System
- Define systemic approach for existing & new training modules
- Input of GMP trainings, qualifications, Training Plans
- Archive management of training documents
- Provide practical site/class training for GMP purpose (i.e. initial & periodic GMP and data integrity training)
- Coaching/training on the shop floor towards good manufacturing practices (e.g. aseptic practices, data integrity, good documentation practices)
- Improvement projects linked to site training across departments
- Document Management
- Act as site contact for document management and related training items
- Archive management of all GMP documents
- Management of templates and protection of documents such as job descriptions
- Improvement projects linked to Document Management (e.g. electronical document management)
- Provide support for other daily QA S&C activities (e.g. Annex 2 changes, audits and inspections)
- ** **Experience in working in a quality/GMP environment**
- Experience as training and documentation management is an advantage
- Fluent in French, good knowledge of English
