Ready to become an ORACIAN?- You hold ownership of recruiting end-to-end: including pipeline management and collaboration with hiring managers.
- As key contact of hiring managers, you are accountable for the recruitment in your area.
- You establish a reputation as the “go-to” person for talent acquisition for our national and international teams.
- You coach managers to develop their talent assessment skills.
- You track and analyze the effectiveness of different recruiting strategies, fostering a culture of learning and improvement.
- You implement marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote our employer brand both internally and externally.
- You get the opportunity to participate in some key HR projects that drive our HR strategy.**This is how we describe you**- Act and think at a Master Level
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition.
- With a track record of building relationships and influencing at all management levels.
- A strong attention to detail and a passion for finding top talent in the market.
- Proficient using a range of digital platforms and social channels.
- Someone who thrives in a team and leaves a positive impact
- Takes pride in their work and is self-starting, is entrepreneurial and has a hands-on mentality
