**Snapshot of Your Day**:
As Sales manager, you establish last relationships with designated customers in the industrial and utility sectors. You identify objectives, strategies, and sales plans to improve short and long-term order intake.
**How you will make an impact**:
- To develop tools, reports / dashboards to evaluate sales trends in comparison with budget, thus allowing the Management to define the annual forecast
- Develop and growth our sustainable service products portfolio, preparing solutions to meet customer needs.
- Capture, analyze and share relevant knowledge (customer buying behavior, industry, market, competitor and portfolio information) to drive business development
- Proactively and systematically prospect the market aiming to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Support the sale of new steam turbines and generators.
- To propose consulting services for digitalization of machines or plants and for improving the energy efficiency, with the aim of growing services of assistance, maintenance, sale of spare parts packages and updates
- Perform forecasting, reporting and win-loss analysis.
- Plan, coordinate and participate in conferences and trade shows.
**What you bring**:
- A minimum of 3 years of technical Sales experience and front-end Sales
- Minimum Bachelor University Degree or equivalent experience or HND in Engineering, management, science or related fields
- Fluent Dutch French and English required. Written and oral communication skills to successfully interact with customers, management and the team
- A great teammate with good communication and Inter-personal skills
- Experience in customer facing roles, SCM and order management, proactive, ambitious and self-motivated. Must be able to work in a team setting, leveraging functional support and to build a trust relationship with staff and clients. A 'completer-finisher' with attention to detail, taking ownership of assigned duties.
- Build and maintain a customer focused network in conjunction with relevant regional Siemens Energy organisations which will allow us to develop market understanding and customer relationships.
- You are open-minded and always keen to learn. You are curious about an international diverse team and its widespread activities in international Pension Management.
