- Build lasting relationships with designated customers in the industrial and utility sectors.

**How you will make an impact**
- Identify objectives, strategies, and sales plans to improve short and long-term order intake.
- Develop and growth our sustainable service products portfolio, preparing solutions to meet customer needs.
- Gather and share relevant knowledge (customer buying behavior, industry, market, competitor and portfolio information) to drive business development.
- Proactively and systematically prospect the market aiming to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Support the sale of new steam turbines and generators.
- Represents Siemens Energy in pre-contract dealings with customers including negotiations.
- Perform forecasting, reporting and win-loss analysis.
- Plan, organize and participate in conferences and trade shows.

**What you bring**
- A minimum of 3 years of technical Sales experience and front-end Sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical or Mechanical engineering
- Fluent Dutch French and English required. Written and oral communication skills to successfully interact with customers, management and the team
- Self-motivation combined with excellent organizational skills
- Good relationship and negotiation skills
- Customer-driven
- Flexibility, creativity and open minded view

Our Steam turbine & generators service team in Transformation of Industries provides customized solutions to our Oil & Gas, Industrial and Power Generation customers. In our Belgian service sales team we are looking for an experienced Sales Professional who will actively manage a designated account base creating business opportunities and drive customer satisfaction.
