In een autolandschap dat voortdurend verandert, werkt D’Ieteren Mobility Company, de holding boven het retailnetwerk dat eigendom is van D'Ieteren Automotive, aan de evolutie van haar rol in het toekomstige mobiliteitsecosysteem.
Om haar doelstellingen te bereiken, verbindt D’Ieteren Mobility Company een gemeenschap van complementaire dealers in België, waaronder Brussels Auto Group.
Voor Jennes NV, één van de concessies behorende tot Brussels Auto Group, zoeken we een Business Controller om het team te versterken.
**Functie**:
Als Business Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor de link tussen het financiële luik van de verschillende vestigingen van Jennes en D'Ieteren Mobility Company (DMC). Je speelt een essentiële rol in de analyse, uitdagingen en validering van informatie voordat deze naar DMC wordt gestuurd.
Je voert verschillende analyses uit om de activiteiten van Jennes beter te begrijpen en zorgt dat de financiële informatie correct en transparant is.
Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de head of Controlling DMC, onderhoudt goede contacten met de lokale managers op Accounting & Reporting niveau en treedt op als sparringpartner voor de site managers.
Tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden behoren
- Valideren van de maandelijkse controle van financiële en commerciële gegevens van alle dochterondernemingen om een duidelijk en volledig overzicht van de business te hebben.
- Deelnemen aan de jaarlijkse begroting, de prognosecyclus en het vijfjarenplan.
- Communiceren van cross-functionele richtlijnen binnen de begrotings
- en prognosecyclus naar alle vestigingen in het specifieke marktgebied.
- Budget-/prognosebewaking en prestatiemeting van kritieke KPI's zoals operationele resultaten, marges, opbrengsten en kosten.
- Ervoor zorgen dat de inhoud van posten van de winst
- en verliesrekening en de balans onder controle en toezicht staat.
- Deelnemen aan projecten met impact op het marktgebied.
**Profiel**:
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in financiën (type audit of consultancy) of controlling. Ervaring in de automobielindustrie is een pluspunt.
- In staat om veranderingen binnen de organisatie te anticiperen en te coördineren
- Het vermogen om een veelheid aan kwesties parallel te beheren.
- Goede kennis van commerciële en financiële indicatoren.
- Veranderingen en innovaties voorstellen, initiatieven leiden.
- In staat om in teamverband te werken aan een gemeenschappelijk doel.
- Autonomie (maar niet onafhankelijk) en bereidheid om resultaten te leveren.
- Zeer goede communicatieve vaardigheden met het team en met vele stakeholders in de organisatie.
- De kandidaat moet vloeiend Nederlands spreken. Kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een pluspunt
- Kennis van standaard IT-tools (Office, Sharepoint,...). Kennis van Power BI is een pluspunt net als kennis van automotive tools (Venice, Driver, Targit, Combo, )
- Bereid te willen werken in alle Jennes concessies (Aarschot, Leefdaal, Machelen,...) wetende dat flexibiliteit qua thuiswerken mogelijk is
