Our Strategic Business Developer responsibilities:

- Responsible for communicating with distributors.
- Be a liaison between the dealers and the brand, building customer retention.
- Promote (trucks) parts & service, and training dealership personnel on products and offerings.
- Develop and execute a parts training program towards distributors and dealers.
- Effectively review and analyse dealer financial information and consult with dealers to improve their parts & service business operations.
- Increase dealer partner engagement on sales & marketing programs to increase proprietary and aftermarket parts sales of the dealer.
- Develop and implement distributor/dealer programs, and improvement initiatives within our distributor’s/dealers' parts and warehouse operations.
- Responsible for driving relevant changes in strategic business processes by identifying and implementing long lasting improvements.

**Vaardigheden**:
Our Strategic Business Developer qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial vehicle sparts business.
- Experience in parts & service industry, emphasis on coordinating service responsibilities with service technicians.
- Experience and skill of a training instructor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365, experienced with Power BI,
- A self-driven personality with an analytical mind and good skills to work both independently and in a team.
- Driver’s license.
- Frequent business travel is required.
