Profiel en ervaring:
- Je bent in het bezit van een voor de opleiding relevant masterdiploma.
- Je hebt aantoonbare relevante ervaring m.b.t. de leerinhouden van de opleiding.
- Onderwijskundige ervaring, al dan niet met een bekwaamheidsbewijs om les te geven is een pluspunt.
- Je bent een enthousiast, dynamisch persoon die studenten inspireert en stimuleert in hun groei naar professional.
- Je bent computer-literate; je werkt vlot met Word, Excel, Powerpoint,.
- Je bent flexibel en hands-on ingesteld met zin voor initiatief.
- Je schoolt je op regelmatige wijze bij om jezelf up-to-date te houden.
- Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in team werken.
- Het schrikt je niet af om contactonderwijs te combineren met afstandsonderwijs.
- Je beantwoordt aan het profiel van de Thomas More-medewerker.
Inhoud van de opdracht:
- Je doceert vooral in de graduaatsopleidingen opleidingsonderdelen zoals Basisboekhouden en BTW, Financiële analyse, Werkplekleren: Aanvullend dubbel boekhouden en management accounting, Werkplekleren: Klanten
- en leveranciersboekhouden,...
- Je werkt graag met studenten en begeleidt hen in het behalen van hun competenties.
- Je neemt actief deel aan het overleg binnen het opleidingsteam, werkt samen met collega’s in een positieve werksfeer en geeft adviezen om de opleiding up-to-date te houden.
- Je wordt mee ingeschakeld in diverse onderwijs
- en organisatie ondersteunende taken.
