**Robert Half** is currently recruiting a **Financial Controlling Manager** for a company specialized in white goods.
Our client is located in **Mechelen**.
The **main accountabilities** for this job include:
- You manage the budgeting and forecasting process;
- You manage the headquarter and internal reporting process;
- You supervise the accounting and tax compliance team;
- You are responsible for an accurate and timely preparation of the IFRS actual reporting;
- You are responsible for the monthly financial presentations for global board meeting;
- You perform ad-hoc tasks and reports;
- You lead all digitalization and automation projects with the headquarter;
- You manage the customer credit control process together with the headquarter risk / insurance teams.
**The requested qualifications for this job include**:
- You have a degree in Business Administration/Economics/Finance/Accounting or related fields;
- You have at least 7 years experience in audit, controlling or similar fields;
- You have audit experience;
- SAP experience is a plus;
- You are fluent in English;
- You have the ability to communicate effectively;
- You are result oriented.
