**Working in the Finance-team**
The manager position on the Corporate FP&A team is a vital and highly visible role within the team that performs integrated companywide performance analysis and management reporting to support the Telenet executive leadership team. Combined with providing key inputs to external financial reporting and investor relations processes. Executive presence, problem solving, prioritizing, timely responses and attention to detail must be second nature.
The core functions of the role will include supporting the monthly and quarterly close, including independent analysis as well as consolidation of business unit inputs. The role will also drive continual process improvement by streamlining and standardizing processes and companywide FP&A processes.
**Your responsibilities**
- Report to Director Corporate Financial Planning, Analysis & Control
- Responsible for all monthly and quarterly total company reporting (both IFRS and USGaap)
- Strong communication, writing and presentation skills; this person will interface with executives and leaders across the organization
- Owner to automate standard processes in order to streamline reporting workload and increase sophistication and capacity for analysis
- Stakeholder management towards Consolidation, Transactional reporting, investor relations and Business controlling internally and also towards reporting team within LG
**Your key deliverables**
- Telenet Group Management Reporting (both USGaap and IFRS) from revenue to FCF
- LG Management Reporting (from revenue to FCF)
- Crisp and insightful presentation towards senior and executive management
- People management

**Your profile**
- Master Degree in Business, Economics or equivalent
- Keeping oversight of big picture with attention for detail
- Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills
- At least 2 years people manager experience
- Knowledge of and passion for media and telecommunications
- Experience in Management Reporting, including independent analysis
- Ability to thrive and multitask in a rapidly evolving environment
- Analytical thinking - ability to understand audience focus & needs
- Good understanding of accounting
- Experience or good understanding of business controlling
- Advanced skills with reporting tools and Microsoft Office Tools
- Accuracy, quality and consistency awareness
- Ability to prioritize, monitor and control
- Drive for continuous standardization, improvement and efficiency
- English language skills (French or Dutch is a plus)
