Your responsibilities as Team Manager

As Team Manager, you will lead a **team of Sales Specialists in the areas of networking & security **. You will ensure that your team can fully focus on their business clients.

Your team provides support to all sales channels by building complete a-to-z networking and security solutions. To do this, they guide the customer, develop a quote, justify the quote with the customer and subsequently also participate in the change management process.

In addition, your tasks include:

- You manage a team of 8 sales specialists who are passionate about networks & security.
- You translate the overall **Telenet Business **strategy into a clear plan for your team.
- You ensure that your team members can fully focus on their tasks by making them work in the best possible conditions at all times.
- You provide information on market demands to your different stakeholders within the solutions department (to presales specialists, solution managers and key accountmanagers).
- You work closely with colleagues in your own solutions department, but also with the sales tribe, other solution departments, with different external partners, the strategy team, etc.
- You **report to the head of solutions for networking & security **.

...is a manager with a heartbeat.
- You act and think at Bachelor's or Master's level and already have several years of relevant experience in a people management role. Therefore, you know how to best manage a team, how to motivate people and how to grow them in their work.
- You are comfortable in the world of networks and security and understand the processes in a sales environment.
- You have a background in commercial positions and are familiar with a b2b context.
- You are able to perform margin calculations (P&L customers) and follow budgets.
- You have experience in process management and improvement. We can count on your honest opinion, which you are able to share with your stakeholders in a passionate and respectful way.
- You enjoy working with your colleagues, but dare to take your own responsibility when necessary.
- You come to work with pleasure every day and willingly lead your team members in this enthusiasm.
- You speak fluent Dutch and English. Do you also have a good knowledge of French? Then you already have an advantage.
