**Monitoring day-to-day flight operations for a fleet of small to large business jets in worldwide operations including**:

- Flight planning
- Feasibility checks
- Arranging Handling, Fuel, airport slots, traffic rights
- Support/assist with crew requirements e.g. accommodation and transportation as appropriate. Respond to aircrew enquiries. Update daily the flight crew management system.
- Carry out all departmental administration to the required standards, timelines and regulations.
- Proactively manage resources in the operational period to achieve a safe, efficient and on-time operation.
- Ensure confidentiality of all sensitive information and data received in the OCC is maintained at all times in accordance with good practice and legislation.
- Maintain professional standards and behaviours in accordance with good practice and company policy.

**Applicant requirements**:

- Applicants shall be able to work autonomously and demonstrate a high-level of teamworking, coping with everyday challenges in the dynamic business aviation OPS environment.
- Minimum language requirements: English, French and/or dutch is a plus
- Passion and knowledge fin aviation
- Good communicator
- Willing to work shifts and standby duties
- Based in Brussel but able to work from time to time in our 2nd base Wevelgem
- Experience in a OCC/OPS environment is a plus
- Previous experience with Air Support PPS or comparable software, Jeppesen.
