**Job Description**:
**The mission of the project is to**:

- improve and protect human health, and support the modernisation of Europe's health systems;
- ensure that all food, feed and medicinal products marketed in the EU are safe and that EU

standards are promoted globally;
- protect animal health and welfare and plant health;
- contribute to a well-functioning and fair internal market in food.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analysis of the integration of different information systems.
- Coordination of the implementation of the technical architecture.
- Technical interface between the project leaders and the developers.
- Production of software architecture documents.
- Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users.
- Assistance during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment,

evaluation and reporting.

- [Essential] Knowledge creating workflows with e.g. Workflow manager; Nintex workflow
- Design of user interactions on web pages.
- [Essential] Implement core business logic
- [Essential] Development for Sharepoint 2016/2019 client and server side
- [Essential] Development for Sharepoint Online client
- Creation of servers and databases for functionality.
- [Essential] Understanding and implementation of security and data protection.
- [Essential] Design and develop APIs.
- Taking lead on projects, as needed.
- [Essential] Maintenance of code integrity and organisation.
- [Essential] Compile and analyse data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
- [Essential] Meet both technical and consumer needs.
- [Essential] Write technical documentation

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years of specific expertise in architecture best practices and patterns.
- At least 3 years of specific expertise in business process analysis.
- At least 3 years of specific expertise in interoperability technology (web services, message oriented middleware, service oriented bus, event architecture)
- At least 5 years of specific expertise in front-end languages such as JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Expertise with one of the tools to create workflows like: Workflow manager, Nintex workflow,...
- At least 5 years of specific expertise in development for Sharepoint Online, both client side (SPFx framework, React) and server-side (MS Graph, etc)
- At least 5 years of specific expertise in development for SharePoint and.NET platform, both server-side and client side.
- At least 3 years of specific expertise in database technology such as Oracle, MongoDB, Microsoft SQL Server.
- At least 1 years of specific expertise in code versioning tools such as Git or SVN
- At least 1 years of specific expertise in Confluence and Jira

**OPTIONAL CERTIFICATIONS (not mandatory, but advantage)**:

- Certified DevSecOps Professional (CDP) certification.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- Google Professional Cloud Architect.
- Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
