Senior Solution Designer O365 Online services

(focus = SharePoint, Teams, planner)

Context:
Microsoft Office 365 is a strategic platform in the digitalisation of NMBS and implementation of a new

Digital Workplace within NMBS.

Within all NMBS-entities several initiatives and projects are ongoing in relation to document

management, online collaboration and paperless business build upon this platform. From within

productivity services team you will act as solution designer Microsoft Office 365 to deliver the necessary

support.

Goal:
Align on and drawing of digital productivity solutions through combining different O365 online services én

powerplatform.

Strong expertise is expected on the level of document management and SharePoint. Where needed

integration with Azure services and other backend systems can be included in your design.

You will work closely together with both internal and external stakeholders within business and IT.

(Projectmanagers, functional analysts, enterprise architects, security architects, business analysts,

developers,).

Solution area’s:
1. Proven record analyses & basics project management
- Experience in preparing, conducting and concluding business workshops using prototypes
- Abstraction ability to propose and negotiate solutions with the business that go beyond

one business process
- Feeling with business change management tracks
- Experience in translating functional requirements in technical designs understandable for

developers
- Experience in guiding customers for data migration and data cleansing
- Experience in communicating with business stakeholders in Dutch and/or French

2. Technical knowledge digital productivity
- Conform best-practices define solution designs for O365 online service (oa: SharePoint,

Teams, Planner, Teams Apps)
- Conform best-practices define solution designs for Powerplatform services (Powerapps,

Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent)
- Experience with integrations of O365 with backend and front-end systems (eg: SAP,

succesfactors, etc..)
- Knowledge of Azure cloud services (eg: to integrated in powerapps)
- Knowledge of Powell Software for intranets

2. Proven Record van digital productivity solutions

a. Engaged to stay up-to-date with the evolutions of Microsoft O365

b. Minimum 5 years’ experience in creating solution designs on Microsoft SharePoint online

c. Minimum 2 years’ experience in creating solution designs on Microsoft O365

Powerplatform (or relevante Microsoft development experience)
