Wereldwijd werken er ongeveer 9.000 mensen voor Ontex in 21 landen. Het hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in Aalst, voor hun salesteam te versterken zijn ze op zoek naar een Key Account Manager voor de retail & healthcare afdeling voor regio BeLux.
**Jouw nieuwe functie**
Ben jij een gedreven professional met een passie voor sales en de strategische kant ervan? Ben jij op zoek naar een high level sales functie in de retail? Dan is dit jouw kans om de rol van Key Account Manager te vervullen binnen Ontex.
In deze rol zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor zowel de retail als healthcare klanten in België en Luxemburg. Voor retail ben je fully in charge voor Colruyt, een mooie uitdagende account waar je stevige gesprekken zal voeren. Daarnaast heb je ook nog andere retailers in je portefeuille die je gaat begeleiden en opvolgen. Je knoopt alle eindjes aan elkaar, doet de negotiaties, tenderprocessen, budgetteringen, forecasts, ontwikkelt mee de strategie en rolt de juiste zaken bij de juiste klanten uit. Je bent een echt spilfiguur, je klanten kunnen steeds op je rekenen.
Voor de healthcare afdeling B2B2C afdeling ga je met de eigen merken van Ontex aan de slag. Je bezoekt ziekenhuizen, mutualiteiten en andere instellingen om ook hier een lange langetermijnrelatie op te bouwen. Aangezien dit een zeer strategische functie is zal je vaak van thuis uit of het kantoor in Aalst aan het werk zijn. Klantenbezoeken plan je regelmatig in om zo top of mind te blijven, te zorgen dat alles verloopt zoals de planning en zoveel mogelijk marktinzicht te verkrijgen.
**Jouw profiel**
- Bachelor of gelijkaardig aan ervaring, je bent een hoogwaardige gesprekspartner
- Minimum 5 jaar ervaring in Key Account Management is een must
- Ervaring in de brede retailsector, bij voorkeur in private label.
- Je spreekt en schrijft perfect Nederlands en Engels. Frans is wenselijk gezien de regio.
- Je bent hands-on, analytisch sterk en wil zelf dingen aanpakken. Je bent positief ingesteld en durft keuzes te maken.
**De arbeidsvoorwaarden**
Je mag voor deze functie als Key Account Manager een zeer aantrekkelijk brutosalaris verwachten met jaarbonus en totaalpakket aan extralegale voordelen.
