Als Marketing & Communication Lead bij GMI group krijg je de kans om je talenten in te zetten in een innovatieve en snelgroeiende IT-omgeving. Je hebt een cruciale rol in het opstellen en uitvoeren van de marketingstrategie van de verschillende businesslijnen met als doel onze positie in de markt te versterken en onze klanten te inspireren met onze automatiseringsoplossingen.
**Je belangrijkste taken zijn**:
**Contentcreatie**: je ontwikkelt boeiende tekstuele en grafische content voor verschillende communicatiekanalen (websites, social media, mailings, presentaties, ). Je vertaalt hierbij technische informatie naar begrijpelijke, overtuigende boodschappen voor onze doelgroepen.
**Campaign Management**: je plant en voert marketingcampagnes uit, zowel online als offline, om de zichtbaarheid van GMI group te vergroten en nieuwe leads te genereren. Je monitort de resultaten, past de strategie waar nodig aan en zorgt zo voor een optimale impact.
**Brand Management**: je draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling en handhaving van een consistente en professionele corporate branding en een sterke employer branding. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle communicatie aansluit bij de kernwaarden en doelstellingen van het bedrijf.
**Event Management**: je organiseert en coördineert interne en externe evenementen, beurzen en webinars. Je werkt nauw samen met het Sales en Services Team om de deelname aan en impact van deze evenementen te maximaliseren.
**Marketingcoördinatie**: je zorgt voor het plannen, beheren en optimaliseren van de voornoemde marketingtaken om de doelstellingen van het bedrijf te ondersteunen binnen de krijtlijnen van het marketingplan en de hieraan gekoppelde budgetten.
Je maakt deel uit van het Sales & Marketing Team en rapporteert aan de Managing Director. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega die de functie van Digital Marketing Lead uitoefent, alsook met de collega’s van Sales en de verschillende Services Teams.

De Marketing & Communication Lead die we zoeken moet een veelzijdige rol kunnen invullen en dus van vele markten thuis zijn. Sterke mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden zijn essentieel. Je natuurlijke creativiteit helpt je bij het ontwikkelen van aantrekkelijke content, smaakvolle campagnes en krachtige visuele elementen. Je vermogen om projecten te plannen, te organiseren en te coördineren is belangrijk om de vaak gelijktijdige initiatieven goed te laten verlopen. Een vlotte teamplayer die opvalt door een pro-actieve hands-on aanpak en een resultaatgerichte mindset past in onze organisatie.
Naast bovenstaande eigenschappen herken je je maximaal in onderstaande basisvereisten:
een relevante opleiding van hoger niveau (bij voorkeur in een marketing
- of communicatierichting), aangevuld met minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een B2B-omgeving
goede kennis van de Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
ervaring in CRM-beheer en marketing automation tools is cruciaal (bij voorkeur Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Insights), alsook rapportage
- en analysetools (zoals Power BI)
goede vaardigheden in grafische vormgeving met de Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, ) en het creëren en bewerken van video’s en animaties met Adobe Première en After Effects (of vergelijkbare tools) is een pluspunt
perfecte beheersing van het Nederlands en grondige kennis van het Engels en Frans is een pluspunt
IT-kennis of marketing ervaring in een IT-bedrijf is een pluspunt
