- The digital Lead manages one digital manager, implements innovative digital strategies, and leverages cutting-edge technologies to deliver impactful results that resonate with our target audience, pet owner, farmers, vet staff and other stakeholders._
- By harnessing the power of digital marketing channels and analytics, the Digital Lead helps us stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving digital landscape, positioning Zoetis Benelux as a leader in our industry. The Digital Lead leveraged digital innovation to drive business outcomes and thrives in a collaborative, dynamic environment, collaborating with all teams of the organisation._
- CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategy & Planning
- Lead the digital manager, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the successful execution of digital initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Commercial Operations, Center of Excellence, to align digital efforts with overall business objectives and priorities.
- Analyze data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize digital campaigns and initiatives for maximum effectiveness and ROI.
- Stay updated on emerging digital trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Manage digital budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively to ensure efficient use of resources and timely delivery of projects.
- Relationships
- Develop mutually beneficial long-term partnerships with local and international teams based on high quality interactions and exceptional provision of service
- Implement bespoke solutions for the customer, utilising all available resources and tools
- Address the specific and individual needs of customers and consumers proactively and effectively
- Work effectively at all levels in the team; with the General Manager and Business Unit Directors and with all relevant stakeholders
- Contribute to the success of your team by sharing best practice with colleagues and proactively introducing ideas

- TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a minimum of 5 years
- Experience in leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- EXPERIENCE
- Experience in a commercial industry
- Experience in a digital lead role
- Professional experiences gained in industries or sectors outside of Animal & Human Health are welcomed
