To support the growth of our Marketing & Communication Department, we are looking for a
** Digital Marketeer, with a primarily focus on social media**, to join our team either in Zaventem or in Antwerp.

What will you be doing?:
As a Digital Marketeer, you will be responsible for:
- ** Acting as a social Media Guru**: including copywriting and design work, to motivate colleagues to profile themselves as online ambassadors of BDO.
- Planning, creating, and following up on digital marketing campaigns (organic & paid) and managing our social advocates.
- Mapping target groups and launch campaigns, manage SEO/SEA campaigns, and develop online tools to detect leads (surveys, assessments, forms, etc.).
- Analyzing the results of the campaigns and looking for leads and opportunities.
What do you bring to the table?:
- 3-5 years relevant work experience as a Digital Marketeer
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Experience with social media (Copywriting & Design Work)
- Proficiency in HTML and Web Design, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience with CMS Tools (WordPress / Drupal / Kentico)
- Experience with Digital Marketing Tools (CRM / Marketing Automation)
- Time-management skills with a keen eye for detail
- You are a team player with excellent communication skills
- Analytical skills with a results-driven mindset
