Our client is a well-known ngo, specialized in getting patients in developing countries access to the medical treatment which they badly need. The team in Belgium is part of the international organization and is very successful in raising funds and getting volunteers to participate in the ngo’s missions in those countries. A lot of actions are planned for the near future. Therefore the marketing team really needs the extra support of an experienced **Digital Marketer (ad interim)** to realize their plans

**Function description**

1. Campaign development: develop, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to achieve business objectives.

2. Social Media expert: manage and grow social media accounts, creating engaging content, and keeping a pulse on industry trends.

3. SEO: optimize website content and structure for search engines, ensuring the brand is the first note in the online melody.

5. Analytics: analyze and interpret data from digital campaigns, transforming numbers into insights for continuous improvement.

6. Ad campaigning: create and manage online advertising campaigns, utilizing platforms like Google Ads and social media ads to hit the right notes with the target audience.

7. Content development: collaborate with content creators to compose compelling digital content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the audience.

8. Digital Trendsetter: stay ahead of digital marketing trends and tools, bringing innovative and fresh ideas to the table.

**Job requirements**

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns.

3. A maestro in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, SEO, and analytics tools.

4. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.

5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

6. Ability to adapt to the ever-changing digital landscape.

7. Fluent in Dutch, good professional knowledge of English. French is a plus.
