Description**
- You provide legal support on compliance issues and are thus the point of contact for the offices, internal departments (back office, ICT, marketing, etc.) and the executive committee;
- Important compliance areas include data protection, MiFID, asset management, market abuse, tax avoidance, product information and AML;
- You advise on products, procedures and systems, also in the context of projects;
- You report directly to the Director of Compliance.
**Profile**
- You are a French or Dutch speaking lawyer(s) with a very good knowledge of the other national language and of English;
- You have a relevant experience, within the financial sector or outside (e.g. law firm), affinity with GDPR and/or asset management are pluses;
- You like to constructively translate your good theoretical baggage and risk focus into practical solutions;
- You take initiative and work independently, but are equally a team player.
