**Your role & work environment**

The Head of Sales PI (private individuals) Investment is the driving force behind the Investment sales performance in ING Belgium. He/she aims at increasing the effectiveness of the sales channels, stimulates local and central cooperation and drives our ambition to grow customer satisfaction, sustainable sales, x-buy and lead generation for both the statutory-and independent branch network. He/she develops the sales of Investment by increasing our customer experience and leveraging on the omnichannel service to our clients.

The Head of Sales PI Investment reports to the Head of Retail Advice Belgium, who reports to the Head Retail & Private Banking Belgium. He/she will be part of the leadership team of Retail Advice Belgium.

**Your key responsibilities**

As Head of Sales PI Investment,
- You have a leading role and are responsible for driving, monitoring and realizing the commercial plans and targets related to the sales of Investment products in ING Belgium.
- You are responsible for building a central management information and data driven steering of investment product sales.
- You are responsible for increasing the effectiveness of all sales channels for Private Individuals Investment sales
- You are responsible for the net growth outstanding on investments assets within Private Individuals.
- You are responsible to grow the NPS Investment Private Individuals score through focus on customer centricity
- You are visible in the internal (ING-wide) and external network related to Investment
- You stimulate continuous improvement and active knowledge sharing among the different sales teams and channels related to Investment
- You advice and are a sparring partner for policy making related to Investment
- You safeguard respect of non-financial and risk management rules & aspects
**Job requirements**
- Academic working and thinking level;
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of proven experience in sales management;
- Deep knowledge and understanding of ING's strategy, the Retail customer experience model and commercial plans and initiatives within Retail banking;
- proven affinity with investment advice (ideally in Private Individuals) ;
- up-to-date knowledge of legislation and regulations in the area of investment advice
- able to act as sparring partner for internal and external stakeholders;
- strong data driven and result-oriented profile
- passionate about change and eager to push things forward
- strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Role model in Orange code behavior
