**En tant qu’Employé key account, vos tâches principales seront les suivantes**:
- Assurer la bonne coordination des activités et des demandes logistiques des clients et en assurer le suivi,
- Être la personne de référence entre le client et les collègues opérationnels (qualité, administration, transport et entrepôt) et apporter de ce fait le support nécessaire aux équipes,
- S’assurer de connaître les clients sur le bout des doigts tout en comprenant leurs attentes et leurs besoins en les traduisant dans la mise en œuvre et l’exécution d’actions concrètes,
- Approfondir les relations avec les clients existants en vue d’un partenariat à long terme.
**Votre profil**:
- Bachelier à orientation commerciale ou logistique,
- Première expérience dans une fonction similaire, éventuellement dans le cadre d’un stage en entreprise,
- Bilingue : Français / Anglais, le Néerlandais étant un plus,
- Atouts : aisance face aux nouvelles technologies informatiques (e.a. MS Office) ; première expérience avec un système ERP est un atout.
