Op Campus Antwerpen kom je terecht in het **marketingteam**, waar je nauw samenwerkt met andere Project Managers, Account Managers, en digitale marketingstrategen. Stuk voor stuk toppers in hun vak, dat zeggen we je nu al.
Je onderhoudt als Project Manager Digital Marketing het **dagelijkse contact** met je klanten. Met andere woorden: je vertaalt hun wensen naar **heldere briefings** voor onze experts en bewaart het overzicht over al je projecten. Je fungeert als **SPOC** — zowel voor de klant als voor interne expertteams op jouw projecten. We kunnen je beloven: bij ons verveel je je geen moment.
Bij iO is groeien onontkoombaar. Zo stellen we samen met jouw een **persoonlijk groeipad** op, en geven we de nodige tools om dat groeipad te bewandelen. Denk maar aan een stevig **opleidingsbudget**, expert groups, persoonlijke **begeleiding**, en talloze momenten voor **kennisdeling**. Dat je groeit bij ons, dat staat vast. Maar jij hebt de touwtjes in handen — en jij bepaalt op welke manier dat gebeurt.
Wat je meebrengt als Digital Marketing Project Manager
- Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie. Ervaring binnen een agency met een sterk digitaal DNA is een plus;
- Je vertaalt klantwensen naar heldere briefings voor je creatieve collega’s, developers, en strategen;
- Je beheert budgetten, planningen, (financiële) administratie, en statusrapportage als de beste;
- Je bent een krak op vlak van projectmanagement — je werkt efficiënt en gestructureerd, en je overtreft vlot de verwachtingen van de klant door je flexibele, resultaatgerichte houding.
- Je schrikt er niet van af om klanten te woord te staan en commerciële gesprekken aan te gaan;
- Mooi meegenomen: ervaring met websitetrajecten, CMS-tools (Drupal, WordPress, etc.), en digitale marketingtools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Power BI, Google Data Studio, etc.)
