For our head office in Angleur (Liège area), we are currently looking for a:
**PRODUCT SPECIALIST IN CHROMATOGRAPHY**

**Function**:
We are looking for a Product Specialist with some experience in chromatography and analytical chemistry. (HPLC, GC, validation, instruments qualification, maintenance.). An experience in radiochemistry and nuclear measurements is a plus. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to train, improve and present products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. You will mainly perform the following tasks, assisted by the senior staff:

- Support customers
- Maintain and create user manuals, training documents, validation protocol
- Participate to new instruments laboratory tests
- Prepare and perform internal product trainings, product specific sales trainings
- Manage and communicate with cross-functional teams
- Support sales and service department with the necessary product knowledge and technical expertise
- Manage product-related support, feedback and inquiries from users
- Use market feedback to inform product refinements and ongoing development

**Profile**:

- Good communication skills, excellent knowledge of French and English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Organizational and planning skills, with attention for details
- Autonomous and self-learning
- Stress tolerant and customer orientated, with good presentation skills
- Willing to travel up to 20% of the time
- You learn fast
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention for details, and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done

**Requirements**:

- MS/BS degree in Science, Engineering or equivalent or laboratory technician
- Several years of professional experience in analytical chemistry using chromatography systems (HPLCs, GC, standard preparation)
- Experience with chromatograhy software such as Chromeleon, Empower, open Lab,
- Experience in laboratory daily management (procedure, cleaning, safety, stock management )
- Experience with radiation protection and safe handling of radioactive materials is a plus
