**Over het bedrijf**:
Onze klant is een **nationale organisatie** die verschillende beroepsbelangen van haar leden (meer dan 200 bedrijven) behartigt. Zij bieden voornamelijk advies, coördinatie, vertegenwoordiging en opleidingen aan hun leden. Ze verdedigen de belangen van al die bedrijven in federale, Europese en internationale organen. De federatie speelt een essentiële rol in de Belgische economie en politiek. Het is een KMO met ongeveer 80 personen. Ze zijn gevestigd in het centrum van Brussel, dus zeer gemakkelijk te bereiken met trein en openbaar vervoer.**De ambitie**:

We zoeken een **Digital Media Specialist** ter vervanging van de huidige persoon die na enkele jaren vertrekt om persoonlijke redenen. We zijn op zoek naar iemand met nog niet te veel ervaring, die graag wil bijleren en doorgroeien.

**Met Wie?**

Je maakt deel uit van het Press Team dat behoort tot het** Communicatieteam** (10 personen).

**Wat ga je doen?**
- Je ontwikkelt een gericht en** effectief social media plan**.
- Je **vertaalt** onze content naar diverse **digitale formats** en zorgt voor de eindredactie.
- Als **community manager **voor onze social mediakanalen creëer je formats en posts voor LinkedIn, X, Instagram en Facebook. Je coördineert teksten, visuals en video's, en houdt de impact van onze campagnes nauwgezet in de gaten.
- Je doet onderzoek naar interessante video-onderwerpen, schrijft scripts en coördineert de productie.
- Als eindverantwoordelijke beoordeel je de videocontent en geef je feedback aan interne en externe medewerkers.

**Wacht niet langer, solliciteer**
- Je hebt een **bachelor
- of masterdiploma **of je hebt aantoonbare relevante ervaring.
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het **Nederlands** en hebt een professionele kennis van het Frans.
- Als** digital native** ben je uitermate geïnteresseerd in social media en video.
- Ervaring met** social media-analysetools, InDesign, Canva, HTML en Adobe Première** is een plus.
- Je hebt een oprechte interesse in actualiteit en communiceert vlot.
- Je kunt goed zelfstandig plannen en organiseren.
- Je bent creatief, enthousiast en teamwerk is helemaal je ding.
- Volgen van de actualiteit is een passie.
