**Job Summary**
- _Partner with the marketing team to deliver impactful brand communications strategy, anticipate on future challenges or trends._
- _Inspires, develops, challenges and coordinates market media communications._
- _Lead Personalization at Scale ambition by connecting data strategy and segmentation with content that reaches high value audiences across relevant communication touchpoints, including CRM._
- _Test, learn and scale new opportunities within the communications space to drive effectiveness and efficiencies._
- _Steers media, content, CRM agencies to deliver best output_
- _Leads the Ebusiness and Media team (3 permanent members)_

**Key outputs**

**DATA and DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION**

Develops and drives eBusiness agenda in the market, ensuring alignment with global and regional eBusiness strategy.

Shape a consumer data strategy for Nestle that complements our digital ecosystems and drives clear value and usage for the brands:

- Together with CRM manager, increase our reliance on 1P data and leverage the database and Multi brand CRM program and website to determine relevant consumer experiences that have a real value exchange to the consumer.
- Leads data partnerships with Retailers or Publishers that supplement our data gap and bring value to our media and CRM strategies
- Represents the Marketing community in the Personal Data Core Team, driving forth the consumer data roadmap, and leading the Personal Data ambassador community.
- Member of the Core Digital Committee, make informed recommendations based on understanding the new consumer and shopping trends, identify future digital disruptions and articulate the impact on the business.

**MEDIA**

Leads the team and the media agency to deliver the media vision and local roadmap in alignment with global media roadmap, to maximize effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability of brand communications. Creates new opportunities and anticipates on significant marketing trends. Creates synergies between our Data and Media strategies.

**ANALYTICS and MEASUREMENT**

Works closely with IT and CMI team to foster a data-driven culture by leveraging and implementing relevant analytical tools in the market to effectively measure the effectiveness and efficiency of Media, including Digital media and CRM.

**CONSULTING AND EXPERTISE**

Consult across business units in development of marketing and digital media strategies, leveraging BEP planning process. Provides expertise and best practice guidance across Paid, Earned and Owned Media and across Digital touchpoints and Consumer data topics.

**CREATIVE CONTENT**

Drive creative excellence and efficiencies by ensuring content is made for touchpoint and audience(s).

**AGENCY STEERING AND PARTNERSHIPS**

Management of media, creative and digital agency output, engagement and performance, putting in place solid partnerships with key vendors. Leads bi-annual/annual performance reviews of the media agency partners and local discussions on remuneration in alignment with Procurement. Lead and establish effective deals with relevant publishers locally and globally, to drive first to market opportunities and create efficiencies.

**CAPABILITY BUILDING AND SYNERGIES**:
Supervises the development of the local Marketing campus to build capabilities within the Marketing community.

Conducts brand communication reviews. Leads a collaborative annual process with brand and communication partners to better understand what is working and what is not and assess share of investment and share of voice of Nestle brands against competitors.

**TEAM DEVELOPMENT**

Manages and develops 4 direct reports:

- Digital marketing manager > focused on Media, Capability building, Content, influencer marketing
- CRM manager > focused on Consumer journeys, Direct marketing, Multi-brand CRM program (Made with nestle), Brand mailings, consumer data
- Junior Digital Media specialist > focused on webmastering (Made with Nestle + Nestle.be), Audiences management (creation, push in ad accounts, measurement of results), SEO
- one CRM intern

**Profile**
- Recognized expert in digital media and data strategy with proven expertise in the digital media landscape including platforms and tools, and strong understanding of the challenges of cookieless advertising
- Business acumen
- Solid media knowledge with minimum 8 years’ experience at media agency or in media agency management or equivalent position in FMCG, including leadership position
- Excels at simplifying complex topics and make them understandable to the board of directors or to the new marketing intern.
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment and can switch easily from media strategy to implementation.
- Team player who can build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and strong influencing skills.
- Native speaker of FR or NL with good command of the other language. Excellent English.
