**Fedasil kent materiële hulp toe aan **aanvragers van internationale bescherming en aan andere categorieën van vreemdelingen die ook recht hebben op opvang ("opvangwet" van 12 januari 2007). Fedasil organiseert, rechtstreeks of via haar partners, een kwaliteitsvolle opvang en begeleiding. Het Agentschap beheert bovendien de observatie en oriëntatie van niet-begeleide minderjarige vreemdelingen (de 'NBMV'). Fedasil coördineert de programma's voor vrijwillige terugkeer vanuit België. Fedasil draagt bij tot het uitwerken, de voorbereiding en de uitvoering van het opvangbeleid. In het kader van verschillende initiatieven zorgt Fedasil voor de integratie van de opvangcentra binnen de plaatselijke gemeenschap**.

**Functie**
**Doel**
Je coördineert en volgt de lopende projecten in het kader van de opdrachten van de afdeling Aankomst. Je blijft methodes en instrumenten ontwikkelen voor de operationele teams en de directie van het centrum.
De doelstellingen van deze projecten zijn:
- Kwantitatieve gegevens produceren en analyseren met betrekking tot het beheer van de inkomende en uitgaande stromen naar de dienst Aankomst en het profiel van de ontvangen personen; de belangrijkste tendensen vaststellen.
- De resultaten van de aankomstdienst objectief te controleren en de werking ervan te optimaliseren.
**Context**
De 1e fase opvang (binnen de aankomstdienst) is het eerste contactpunt met de Belgische autoriteiten voor de identificatie van verzoekers voor internationale bescherming (VIB), en het enige toegangspunt tot het opvangnetwerk. De identificatie wordt uitgevoerd door de dienst "registratie" van de Dienst Vreemdelingenzaken (DVZ). De opvang wordt verzorgd door Fedasil.
Binnen de afdeling Aankomst maakt je deel uit van de eenheid Operationele Strategie, die deel uitmaakt van het directieteam.
De eenheid Operationele strategie werkt transversaal en waarborgt de ontwikkeling van het project "Aankomstdienst" op middellange en lange termijn: zij analyseert interne en externe factoren en werkt nauw samen met alle diensten van het centrum om alle doelstellingen voor de eerste fase van de opvang van de VIB te verwezenlijken. Door te zorgen voor een optimale werking van de eerste intakefase, optimaliseert de eenheid Operationele strategie de werking van de tweede intakefase.
Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan het hoofd van de eenheid Operationele strategie. Je werkt nauw samen met alle afdelingen van het aankomstcentrum (waaronder de eenheid Dispatching en de eenheid Ontvangst en Oriëntatie) en met de eenheid Gegevens & Analyse van het hoofdkantoor van Fedasil.
**Inhoud**
- Je staat in voor het verzamelen en analyseren van data in het kader van de realisatie van de missie van het departement Aankomst en voor de verdere uitbouw van kwalitatief flexibele trajectontwikkelingen.
- Je identificeert nuttige monitoringindicatoren, je stelt trends vast en je kaart verder alarmsystemen aan ter ondersteuning van het nemen van gefundeerde beslissingen.
- Je stelt dagelijkse en maandelijkse rapporten op.
- Je beheert gerichte aanvragen waaronder het genereren van dashboards, grafieken, teksten
- Je neemt actief deel aan multidisciplinaire overlegmomenten en dienstvergaderingen.
- Je bent de schakel tussen het departement en de dienst Data & Analyse in de hoofdzetel.
- Je zorgt voor een optimale datacommunicatie naar verschillende gebruikers.
- Je staat in voor nauwkeurige methodologische ondersteuning van de medewerkers.

**Diploma **en ervaring**
- Je bent houder van een bachelordiploma
- Je beschikt over een relevante professionele ervaring, m.b.t. databeheer en het genereren van statistieken in Excel, van minstens 1 jaar.

- Je bent sterk in statistische berekeningen en in het vertalen van data in grafische weergaves in Excel
- Je hebt een perfecte kennis van MS Office (vooral Excel)
- Je hebt een goed inzicht in de conceptualisaties van databases.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van analytische en beschrijvende statistieken.
- Je vertaalt statistieken snel en eenvoudig.
- Je kan goed functioneren in tweetalige werkomgeving (NL/FR)
