NTT DATA Belgium is hiring a Business Development Manager looking for a challenging opportunity, to further consolidate the Belgian Banking practice.

In your mission you will work directly with the Sector Lead and open new Key Accounts in the Banking sector, identifying the client´s stakeholders and bringing the right experts to the table to design the best solution for addressing the client´s challenges.

Together with the team, you will build effective proposals and present them to the client. You will choose the best approach to tackle all transformation challenges constructively (process, organization, tools, packages, methods, cost/benefits, etc.), and propose the best-suited methodology to deploy change succesfully.

You will build the consulting capabilities and with time also grow the team within the client(s).

Pre-sales and Business Development
Engagement/Assessment Execution
Lead the teamwork and practice alignment
Development of proposals and bid management
Stakeholder management,
