As Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new business opportunities, while strengthening existing relationships with Architas partners and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll also be managing a part of the Business team and be at the heart of the company's continued growth and success.

**Senior Business Development Manager**
**(Vlaams-Brabant/Limburg)**
**Poste**:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy aimed at increasing the customer base of Architas (individuals, companies of all sizes, financial institutions).
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities with potential customers, partners and your network (bankers, institutions, business holders, lawyers, etc.).
- Explain the macroeconomic environment, investment strategy, asset allocation and fund selection to your network of brokers and independent agents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent service and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Coach & manage a part of the existing team and further develop the mid-long term strategy of Architas together with the executive team.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to represent the firm and promote their products and services.
- Work closely with internal teams, including investment management and marketing teams to ensure effective coordination of business activities.
- Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements in accordance with your responsibilities and ensure compliance with AXA Group standards and Architas policies.
**Profil**:
- A Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of proven experience in sales or management of financial products and/or asset management.
- Industry experience in investment management, insurance or another finance-oriented environment (wealth management, asset management, portfolio management, private or corporate banking).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present Architas products and services convincingly.
- A strong track record in business development, with a proven ability to generate tangible results.
- In-depth knowledge of asset management products and services, as well as market trends and regulations.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and maintain strategic partnerships.
- Initiative, autonomy and ability to work independently.
- Fluency in Dutch, French and English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
