**Your Role** as a Junior Operational Project Manager:
As a **key player in our dynamic team**, you will,
- _Manage Operations_**:lead** production, logistics or installation teams in **day-to-day operations** to ensure on time in full delivery of our structures to our customers.
- _Drive Operational Excellence_: Take charge of **key projects** related to production, installation, and logistics to ensure we **continuously improve our operations**.
- _Strategic Collaboration_**:Work across departments **on initiatives such as R&D, ESG management, and business development, contributing to our continuous success.

Qualifications We're Looking For:

- Master's Degree Graduate: Recently graduated in Operations Management, Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Multilingual: French/Dutch and proficient in English.
- Versatility: Combine technical and commercial acumen, demonstrating adaptability and quick learning in a fast-paced environment.
