**About the role**
The role reports to the Senior Manager - EMEAI HR Operations and is open to be located anywhere in our EMEAI region where we operate a Lubrizol facility.
**How you'll support your team**
- Support the Senior Manager HR Operations EMEAI in the delivery of timely and agile HR services and solutions for Recruitment and Talent processes.
- Use financial and recruiting metrics to make resource decisions, guide strategy, coach team members, and evaluate success.
- Assess and address individual work, team process, and the operating model with an eye on continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Ensure all Talent Administration services provided are delivered in accordance with all current internal policies and procedures, local, regional, and national laws, and regulations.
- Clearly communicate roles and responsibilities, ensure consistent ways of working and hold employees accountable, and continually elevate the team’s skill and performance.
- Develop and execute requirements, plans and solutions for improving EMEAI Talent Administration systems, governance, programs, and overall experience, in partnership with EMEAI HR Managers, Global Centers of Excellence, Global HR Business Partners and regional Talent Acquisition team.
**Desired Background**
- 6+ years of professional level/HR Specialist level HR experience, including preferably 2+ years supervisory experience, which includes working and managing teams in a shared services/customer-facing environment across multiple time zones/countries
- 3+ years of recruiting experience; experience using an Applicant Tracking Software (ideally Success Factors)
- Individual and team metrics and measurement systems to manage staff
- Recruiting strategy development and execution
- Solid problem solving, team building, leadership, and interpersonal skills as well as results-oriented
- Maintain operational efficiency to deliver the highest quality services to meet customer needs in complex and matrixed environments
- English and one or more local language(s)
