Diplômé(e) d’une formation en commerce/ingénieur, vous justifiez d’une expérience d’au moins 2/3 ans d'expérience en tant que Business Manager en société de conseil et/ou en IT.

Vous êtes capable de vous adapter à un environnement dynamique, en constante évolution : votre force de proposition, votre prise de recul et votre réactivité seront vos meilleurs atouts pour mener à bien vos missions.

Vous avez l'ambition d'évoluer rapidement vers du management d'équipe.

Décrocher votre téléphone, prospecter de nouveaux clients et aller les rencontrer sur le terrain, un jeu d’enfant

Encadrer et manager une équipe de consultants

Dans le cadre de la croissance d’Extia Belgium, vous intégrerez l'équipe Extia de l'agence de Bruxelles. Votre rôle en tant que Business Manager IT / Ingénieur(e) d'Affaires IT Confirmé(e) sera de développer et fidéliser le portefeuille client sur le périmètre IT de la Belgique. Grâce à votre expertise et connaissances du marché local, le recrutement IT n'est plus un secret pour vous.

Et concrètement, c’est pour faire quoi ?

1/ **Business Developer**:
Vous aurez pour mission de développer nos Business Unit déjà existantes, Energie, Bancaire ou encore le Transports. Et continuer de développer l'activité commerciale sur le marché belge : prospection, rendez-vous client afin de créer votre propre portefeuille client.

2/ **Recrutement** : Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec l'équipe RH. Vous serez en charge de la réalisation des entretiens avec nos futurs consultants, en veillant à leur proposer une mission chez vos clients parfaitement adaptée à leurs.

3/ **Management**: Vous partirez avec une vingtaine de consultants embarqués. Des perspectives de coaching d'un Business Manager junior sont envisageables.
