**Functie**:
Voor onze klant te Gent zoeken we ene gemotiveerde teamleader
Je bent bereid te werken in wisselende shifts: 6u00-14u30 & 12u30-21u
**Jouw Rol en Verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid, netheid en de vlotte goederenstroom in en uit ons magazijn.
- Je staat - samen met je team - in voor de inslag, orderpicking, verpakking en het laden
- Je coacht een team van een 5-tal magazijniers
- Je organiseert, met je team, de fysieke goederenstroom
- Je plant de personeelsbezetting, volgt de productiviteit op en springt in wanneer nodig
- Je communiceert met je collega teamleader en je medewerkers over de planning en prioriteiten
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je team, je leidt hen op en coacht hen
- Je lost problemen op en neemt maatregelen om ze in de toekomst te voorkomen
- Je staat in voor de orde en netheid van het magazijn
- Je waakt over het onderhoud en goeie gebruik van het materiaal
- Je zorgt voor een veilige werkomgeving
- Je formuleert, bespreekt, implementeert optimalisaties en verbeteringen.

- Je denkt in oplossingen, neemt initiatief en bent stressbestendig.
- Je bent loyaal en integer
- Je bent klantgericht, nauwkeurig en gedreven
- Je bent stressbestendig, besluitvaardig en resultaatgericht
- Je beschikt over een diploma middelbaar onderwijs of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je hebt minstens 4 jaar ervaring in een magazijnomgeving en het aansturen van medewerkers
- Je bent IT minded, ervaring met WMS-systemen en magazijnautomatisatie zijn een pluspunt
- Je bent bereid te werken in wisselende shifts: 6u00-14u30 & 12u30-21u
