**What are we looking for?**
- Planning - Implement a comprehensive aftermarket strategy to drive product quality and customer satisfaction. Set-up collaboration with third party aftermarket Service Partners, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and customer focus.
- Training - Ensure that necessary training and documentation is available to the selected Service Partners.
- Quality Assurance - Analyse customer feedback, hydrogen system performance and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product
- and service
- improvement. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and performance.
- Customer Relationship Management - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management - Oversee aftermarket inventory, ensuring optimal levels to meet customer demand while minimising excess and obsolete stock.
- Data Analysis and Reporting - Utilise data analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement. Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.
**What do you bring?**
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering, or a related field.
- Min 6 years proven experience in aftermarket management.
- Languages: proficient in both written and spoken English with knowledge of aftermarket specific terminology. Dutch and other languages are considered a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- In-depth knowledge of aftermarket service.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
