Quelle est la fonction ?

Travailler en tant que consultant en communication junior chez Connect, c’est avoir le cerveau en ébullition permanente. Surtout au sein de notre équipe francophone enthousiaste et motivée en pleine croissance avec de plus en plus de projets, à Bruxelles, Mouscron, Charleroiportant sur la mobilité, l’infrastructure, l’environnement, la construction,

Tu seras mis au défi quotidiennement par les clients et leurs missions, mais tu ne seras jamais seul. Avec tes collègues, tu travailleras sur des résultats qui comptent et apportent une plus-value pour nos clients, mais surtout pour la société. Tu aideras tes collègues à effectuer des recherches, à organiser des conférences de presse, à réaliser des supports de communication en tout genre.

Dès ton premier jour de travail, les consultants et les chefs de projet de Connect seront à tes côtés pour te donner des conseils, des astuces et de bons exemples. Mais tu auras également la possibilité de te former pour améliorer tes compétences en matière de communication. Chaque jour, nous travaillons sur ton parcours pour devenir un consultant autonome.

Connect est une agence de communication stratégique qui possède des bureaux à Hasselt, Bruxelles et Eindhoven.

Avec plus de 60 collègues, tu travailles chaque jour sur des projets socialement pertinents pour des pouvoirs publics, tels que la STIB, Elia, Le TEC, le SPW, les pouvoirs publics, mais aussi pour des partenaires privés.
Au cours des premiers mois, tu travailleras au moins trois jours dans notre bureau de Hasselt, tout en ayant la liberté de télétravailler les autres jours.
Tu bénéficieras d'un contrat à temps plein à durée indéterminée et d'une rémunération attrayante assortie d'avantages extralégaux tels qu'une assurance hospitalisation, un iPhone, un MacBook et des chèques-repas.
Un « buddy » te sera attribué dès ton premier jour pour faciliter ton intégration et apprendre nos processus internes.
En tant que consultant junior, tu recevras également une formation spécialisée dans la communication pour des autorités publiques, les groupes d'intérêt et les citoyens.
Tu rejoindras une équipe au sein de laquelle tu pourras être toi-même et où l'on prêtera attention à tes talents.
