**Junior Communication Coordinator**

**What you do**
- Responsible for the follow-up of internal and external communication projects together with the Head of Brand & Communication and the team;
- Ensure the coherence of the distributed information through different communication channels;
- Assist the team on daily tasks and coordinate the work of agencies (brochures, digital campaigns, videos, etc.) and be responsible for the conception and realization of such creations;
- Develop communication projects for our social media channels, corporate website and our intranet together with Digital Marketing Officer, Junior Communication & Events Officer and Content Creators;
- Collaboration on various projects namely related to internal events and bring operational support on external events when needed;
- Actively work on the fine tuning of our communication strategy and the way it is translated concretely into tasks, processes and projects;
- Act as internal and external SPOC for all communication related topics with an open-minded, assertive, structured and professional outlook.

**Some of your talents**
- Relevant academic background in Communication and/or Marketing;
- You master the different social networks and their communication strategy;
- An interest in or passion for sports is a must have;
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken (Knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus);
- Hands-on experience with Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint );
- Driven, autonomous whilst having a team spirit and curious;
- Pragmatic, hands-on mentality and solution-minded;
- Flexible and proactive when faced with challenges and changing priorities.
